Our Projects

One Day of Happiness

Under this activity, every month, once or twice, we the volunteers of Maa Sarada Foundation, visit any NGO, which could be an Orphanage, Old-aged home, School of Special children, Blind school, Deaf or dumb organisation, NGO working on the environment, NGO doing de-addiction programs, etc. During our visit, we spend a few hours with those children or senior citizens and try to share some happiness with them. Therefore, the name we have given to this activity is 'One Day of Happiness (Ek Diwas Anandacha).

As per the specific requirements of that NGO, we help them financially or give them some donations in kind. It could be Groceries, School notebooks or Stationery, Clothes, Footwear, Kitchen utensils, Sports equipment, Gift articles, Solar lights, etc. We also try to celebrate any occasion, like a birthday, Diwali, or any other holy day, in that NGO. Many senior citizens, young girls, and boys also join us during our visit to NGOs. We have observed a lot of changes in their behaviour before and after the visit.

Corona Relief Work

Films & Television Institute Of India

While working in the social field for the last few years, it came to our attention that many people in society who are doing good for society are unrecognized. Hence, to bring their good work in front of society, with the help of Films & Television Institute of India, Maa Sarada Foundation started contacting those people and arranging for an interview. Till now, the following social workers have been interviewed:
